Within Uganda are some of the best game reserves and national parks in Africa. Murchison Falls National Park in the North West of the country is the largest park in Uganda. The waterfalls after which the park is named is a sight to behold. Here the waters of the Nile squeezes through a narrow crevice and storms out to violently cascade on rock 45 metres below. Queen Elizabeth National Park to the South West of the country has one of the largest natural forests in Africa. The park is home to the tree climbing lions.
