The Republic of Kenya occupies an area of 582,644 square Kilometers. It lies astride the equator and is bisected by the Great Rift Valley, which runs from Jordan in the north to Mozambique in the south. It shares common borders with Ethiopia in the north, Tanzania in the south, Somalia in the east, Uganda in the west and Sudan in the north west.

It's Coastline stretches 480 kilometers along the Indian Ocean waterfront. It is named after the snow capped Mount Kenya (17,058 feet), which is the second highest mountain in Africa. Its landforms rise from the beautiful white or golden beaches in the coast through game studded savannah grasslands to massive mountain ranges with deep valleys, dense forest and even permanent ice and snow.

It is no wonder that Kenya's diverse ecosystems flora and fauna are second to none.

Year after year visitors come to Kenya from every corner of the world to experience the thrilling adventure that a Kenyan safari provides. Many return for a second or third time to admire the magnificent wildlife and panoramic landscape or to relax on the white or golden beaches under the tropical sun.

For easy usage of this section we have divided it into three distinct sections namely:- Nairobi Excursions, Road Safaris from Nairobi and Flying safaris from Nairobi.
